While we hope therapy helps you feel better, we think it is even more important that you do better. Our therapists do more than listen; they help you set goals and develop strategies to meet those goals so that you experience meaningful change.

Therapy should be based on best practices

We believe that much of our success is due to the decades of experience we have. However, we also believe that the best therapists engage in lifelong learning and commit to the best practices model. Toward that end, we regularly integrate new information and techniques into our practice.
