EMDR

EMDR is a well-researched and validated technique used primarily as a treatment for trauma. It has also been shown to help with the reduction of psychological stress and can be adapted to provide a method for enhancing "peak performance."  Dr. Lapporte uses EMDR regularly in his work with clients.
